At Green Grocer Store, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns/Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of fruits and vegetables, we currently do not offer returns. However, we offer refunds or replacements for:
- Spoiled or damaged items at the time of delivery.
- Incorrect or missing items.
To be eligible:
- Raise a request within 6 hours of delivery.
- Share a photo/video as proof via WhatsApp or email.
Once reviewed, we’ll process:
- Replacement delivery, or
- Refund to original payment method (within 3–5 business days).
2. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled:
- Before dispatch, by calling or messaging us.
- Once dispatched, cancellation is not allowed due to perishability.
