At Green Grocer Store, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns/Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of fruits and vegetables, we currently do not offer returns. However, we offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Spoiled or damaged items at the time of delivery.
  • Incorrect or missing items.

To be eligible:

  • Raise a request within 6 hours of delivery.
  • Share a photo/video as proof via WhatsApp or email.

Once reviewed, we’ll process:

  • Replacement delivery, or
  • Refund to original payment method (within 3–5 business days).

2. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled:

  • Before dispatch, by calling or messaging us.
  • Once dispatched, cancellation is not allowed due to perishability.
